    • Admissions Counselor

      Description:

      The Admission Counselor is a member of the undergraduate admission team and a communicator of the value of a Meredith education. This position is primarily responsible for identifying, recruiting, and selecting prospective students within an assigned recruitment territory to achieve the College’s mission and enrollment goals. The successful candidate will contribute to the population of applicants and admitted and enrolled students within an assigned recruitment territory through the use of the following methods; identifying prospective students, coordinating travel schedules and completing travel assignments, maintaining an aggressive campaign of hand-written, phone, and electronic communication with prospective students and parents, assisting in the planning and implementation of on-campus and off-campus events, and reading applications and selecting students for admission to the College.

    • Admissions Data Administrator

      Description:

      The Admissions Data Administrator provides an important support role in reaching new student enrollment goals. Daily responsibilities are conducted in the department’s client relationship management system (CRM) and the College’s student information system.  The Data Administrator is responsible for multiple points of data entry throughout the prospective student recruitment cycle, including but not limited to, data entry of prospective student inquiries, processing of applications for admission and application materials, processing outbound electronic communication and physical mailings, and communication flow to school counselors. Additional responsibilities within the CRM include query building, assisting with the implementation of new CRM features, and ongoing CRM support for the admissions team. This position also assists with support for selected admissions events.

    • Assistant Director of International Programs

      Description:

      The Office of International Programs (OIP) seeks an innovative, inclusive, and relationship-driven Assistant Director to support international students at Meredith College, as well as intercultural initiatives within the OIP and campus community. This position advises Meredith students from international backgrounds, implements programs to support their retention and success, and serves as a resource to stakeholders throughout campus. As an international student advocate, this position also actively contributes to departmental and campus-wide initiatives on anti-racism, justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. While international students are the consistent priority, the OIP Assistant Director provides additional support for Meredith’s out-of-state students through a combined “Welcome to NC” First Year Experience (FYE) course.

      The COVID Clinic Support staff will be responsible for assisting the clinic with a variety of services including: sample collection, patient services related to sample collection, processing, reporting, contact tracing, and administrative duties. Multitasking and prioritizing the importance of daily tasks are essential to this position. The position will require competency and comfort handling bodily fluids. The specimen collector must follow lab safety guidelines to include PPE and sanitation related to job duties. This position is part-time, temporary.

      Meredith College seeks nominations and applications for the position of Dean of the School of Business, who will report to Senior Vice President and Provost, Dr. Matthew Poslusny and become a key member of both an experienced,  collaborative Provost and Deans Council. The School of Business is fully accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), one of few women’s colleges worldwide with such accreditation. The School enrolls approximately 180 women in undergraduate majors and 60 women and men in its MBA program. Undergraduate programs include business administration (accounting, human resources, and marketing), economics, and hospitality and tourism management.
