  • Housekeeper I - Temporary

    Department: Facilities Services
    Category: Custodial Services
    Summary:

    Responsible for cleaning residence halls, offices, classrooms and/or public areas. Project work, such as general floor maintenance may be included. Position is classified as essential personnel under college policy and is subject to college and department policies regarding essential personnel. Performs essential duties related to facilities work as identified by management during inclement weather, emergency situations, or as campus needs dictate. Must be able to work either first shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm) or second shift (2:00 pm - 10:30 pm) - please specify on your application the shift(s) you are able to work. This position is temporary.

  • Developer and Web Designer

    Summary:

    The web developer/designer helps develop and maintain an accessible, secure, innovative, user-friendly website for Meredith College that supports the college’s brand strategy, business goals, and achieves usability for all audiences. The web developer/designer has solid front-end development skills in popular frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation, and is knowledgeable about current web standards, including best practices for usability and accessibility. This position must also have a keen eye for design, while maintaining functionality and brand consistency. This position is full-time, 30 hours per week.

     

  • Associate Director of Graduate Admissions

    Department: Graduate Programs
    Summary:

    Provides leadership for the multi-faceted functions of the Graduate Admissions office.  Works to ensure that all aspects of the admissions process run smoothly for graduate, post-baccalaureate, and certificate programs.  Coordinates application and enrollment activities for the department and supports the recruitment activities of the graduate admissions counselors.  Is responsible for the planning and implementation of technological strategies that support the recruitment of prospective students.  Maintains the accuracy and confidentiality of student information and manages the flow of data into and out of the department.  Serves as central point of contact for walk-in, telephone, and electronic inquiries as well as for Meredith offices regarding graduate, post-bac, and certificate programs and prospect/applicant questions.

    Summary:

    Responsible for performing tasks that preserve, maintain and enhance the campus grounds.
