  • Admissions Data Administrator

    Summary:

    The Admissions Data Administrator provides an important support role in reaching new student enrollment goals. Daily responsibilities are conducted in the department’s client relationship management system (CRM) and the College’s student information system.  The Data Administrator is responsible for multiple points of data entry throughout the prospective student recruitment cycle, including but not limited to, data entry of prospective student inquiries, processing of applications for admission and application materials, processing outbound electronic communication and physical mailings, and communication flow to school counselors. Additional responsibilities within the CRM include query building, assisting with the implementation of new CRM features, and ongoing CRM support for the admissions team. This position also assists with support for selected admissions events.

    Assist the head athletic trainer in all aspects of care for student-athletes.     Provides primary health care to students in collaboration with and under the supervision of the College Physician and reports to the Student Health Center Director. The nurse practitioner assesses, interprets and evaluates patient status, develops health care plans, and initiates patient communication and education as well as referrals including urgent care.  Develops, implements and evaluates relevant health education and promotion programs directed toward the student population.  Provides direct services to students during health center hours for 18 weeks per semester for fall and spring semesters. This is a non-exempt, hourly position (number of hours to be determined at hiring stage, not to exceed 20 hours per week).

    Develops and applies behavior analytic techniques to decrease inappropriate behaviors and increase appropriate behaviors of assigned clients/children with autism. Provides one-on-one teaching to children enrolled in MAP as needed when directed by the Director or Associate Director. Provides on-going training and quality control for students who are taking the autism practicum courses in order for them to demonstrate behavior analytic principles to ensure treat fidelity in one-on-one sessions.
